About the Role

The affiliate and referral program is a significant traffic and revenue source for Tangem. The program runs across two streams: hardware wallet sales and a revenue share program covering in-app activities such as Swap, On/Off-ramp, Yield, Tangem Pay, and Staking.

You will translate business requirements into clear system specifications for the core mechanics and tooling behind both streams: attribution, reward calculation and payout flows, the partner dashboard, anti-fraud and incentive mechanics for both end users and partners.

You will report to the Product Owner of the stream and work in cross-functional teams alongside product, engineering, data, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design core affiliate and referral mechanics end-to-end: attribution (links, promo codes, deeplinks, QR flows, cross-channel attribution), reward calculation logic, and automated payout flows;
• Translate business and product requirements into detailed system specifications and task descriptions for engineering teams;
• Define API interactions, data structures, and integration requirements between the mobile app, backend services, partner dashboard, admin panel, and payout infrastructure;
• Design anti-fraud and abuse-prevention mechanics: re-attribution abuse, self-referrals, and other financial abuse vectors in incentive programs;
• Document business processes, system flows, and feature logic using structured methodologies and diagramming tools;
• Support development teams during implementation, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between product intent and delivered functionality;
• Own features from discovery to launch, proactively driving requirements clarification, cross-team coordination, and delivery support;
• Assist in defining data requirements and support reporting logic where SQL or analytical queries are required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong experience as a System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Product Specialist;
• Experience with affiliate, referral, loyalty, or partner incentive programs is a strong advantage;
• Experience working on B2C mobile products is a strong advantage;
• Experience in fintech, crypto wallets, exchanges, or trading platforms is a plus;
• Strong system analysis skills including requirements definition, process mapping, and system architecture understanding;
• Ability to document complex business logic clearly for engineering teams;
• Experience using UML diagrams and system modeling techniques to document business processes, integrations, data flows, and system behavior;
• Experience specifying integrations with external APIs and third-party services, including designing API contracts, integration specifications, and data exchange formats;
• Familiarity with mobile application environments and product flows;
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data queries;
• Experience using API testing and traffic inspection tools such as Postman, Proxyman, Charles Proxy, or similar tools;
• Interest in AI tools and automation for product development and documentation workflows;
• Proven experience working in cross-functional teams and strong cross-team coordination skills.
