About the Role
We're looking for a hyper-responsible, proactive, and sharp Assistant to our Business Assistant - someone who lives for structure, speed, and solving problems before they become problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Book flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants, and whatever else comes up
- Handle urgent tasks quickly and flawlessly
- Support scheduling and calendar magic across time zones
- Help with document prep, admin tasks, and general day-to-day operations
- Keep the Business Assistant (and the team) two steps ahead of everything
