About the Role
This Head of Product role is an executive mandate to redefine trading flows for millions of users. Stepping in at a critical inflection point, you will own the next phase of growth for CoinDCX's core platform, expanding into new product frontiers and building category-defining trading experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building, and launching high-quality digital products across the crypto economy.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure feature adoption, system health, and overall team performance.
- Hire, manage, and mentor Product Managers to scale organizational capability.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, compliance, support, and marketing to resolve customer friction points.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 14+ years of Product Management experience with 4+ years scaling digital B2C products.
- Direct trading experience with a deep understanding of financial markets - especially Indian markets.
- Proven track record of building user-focused products that drive clear business impact.
- Demonstrated ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, finance, legal, and compliance.
- Fluency in A/B testing, data analytics, and user feedback synthesis to drive product decisions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with deep technical and design literacy.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience working in regulated financial services collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
- Software engineering background or sound understanding of distributed technical architecture.
