Community Engagement Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Community & Engagement Lead to drive organic UGC and amplification as the two core outcomes of the role. You will be the voice of Tangem in conversation, turning our community into a growth engine: living in the replies, DMs, and comments, leading the moderators who keep our spaces healthy around the clock, and feeding what you learn back into sharper content and product decisions.

You will work across our brand channels (X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok). You will not be solo on this: our Social Engagement Specialist supports this direction, and the exact split of work will be settled in place. A strong focus on earning reach and building real partner relationships rounds out the role.

What will you do

• Drive organic UGC and amplification as your primary outcome: spark community-generated content, get the best of it seen, and report on what is working.
• Be the brand's voice in DMs and comments, engaging the community in real time.
• Curate and manage the moderator team covering Telegram and Discord 24/7, keeping coverage tight and the community healthy.
• Turn community signal into action: pull insights from everyday engagement and convert them into concrete next steps for social and product, including brand polls, storytelling posts, and topics to push to creators.
• Own engagement on our priority channels, X and Instagram in particular: spot relevant topics and trends where Tangem can break in and earn reach.
• Build and manage partner relationships: co-marketing, placements on partner channels, and reacting to and amplifying their content.
• Use AI tools actively to speed up monitoring, drafting replies, and synthesising insights.

Must have requirements

• Proven experience in community management or social engagement, ideally in crypto, web3, or fintech.
• C1 English, fast and on-brand in live conversation across different tones and audiences.
• Deep platform expertise, especially on X and Instagram, with a real feel for culture, trends, and real-time engagement.
• Experience managing or coordinating a team of moderators, including round-the-clock coverage.
• Ability to extract insights from community activity and translate them into clear action points.
• Relationship skills to open and run partner conversations and co-marketing.
• Hands-on with AI tools and eager to use them to work faster and smarter.
• Organised and responsive, able to juggle real-time work with longer-term initiatives.
• Understanding of crypto, web3, or fintech culture is a strong plus.
