Reviews of contracts with individuals and entities in Switzerland, the USA, UAE, Hong Kong, Portugal and other jurisdictions provided by our business partners;
Legal support for our operational activities in these jurisdictions.
Crafting legal opinions on various matters related to our companies operations.
Issuing powers of attorney and overseeing notarial actions.
Drafting official letters
Navigating the realms of corporate and tax law.
Participating in the optimization of our business processes to mitigate legal and financial risks.

Expertise in International Law, Corporate Law ans M&A, Contract Law, Immigration Law, Finance, Taxes, and Entity Formation
Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance requirements
Experience working with personal data (GDPR)
Proficient in methods and techniques for client compliance checks (Due Diligence) and applying KYC/KYB procedures
Experience working in a foreign fintech company is a plus
Familiarity with legal systems in various nations and proficiency in investigating matters across diverse jurisdictions
Strong skills in administering external consultants from and advisors
Understanding of legal proceedings
Eagerness to tackle small tasks like contracts, powers of attorney
Handling inquiries from authorities
Providing quick and effective response within 24 hours
Comfortable with tasks with minimum details
