L1 Support Engineer (night work schedule)

As the Customer Support specialist, you will be accountable for providing customer support to clients through a dedicated ticket system. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries promptly and precisely. You will need to possess extensive knowledge of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult users on our products and services by answering requests on emails and chats
- Processing users' requests described in the knowledge base
- Escalating users' requests are not described in the knowledge base to higher levels of support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory, additional European languages will be an advantage
- Experience with Zendesk or other ticket systems is mandatory
- Experience in multi-level support would be a valuable advantage
- Interest and understanding of the crypto and banking sectors would be a valuable advantage
- Experience in crypto projects/in banking projects would be a strong advantage
- Readiness to perform monotonous tasks
