About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer (App) who will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile applications and creating intuitive, secure, and seamless experiences for digital asset management.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design process for the Tangem mobile app - from discovery and user research to polished UI and delivery.
Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for complex financial and blockchain-related products.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead the design of new features and enhancements across iOS and Android applications.
Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and improve user experience before development.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, ensuring consistency across the product.
Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure high-quality execution.
Advocate for user-centered design and contribute to a strong product design culture.

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for mobile applications.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and native mobile design patterns.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience in fintech, crypto, blockchain, or security-related products.
Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications.
Understanding of Web3, cryptocurrencies, hardware wallets or decentralized technologies.
