About the Role
The Product Owner will be responsible for all Tangem Pay (TP) related products, including payment flows, internal tooling, financial rails, and monitoring capabilities.
The role focuses on product execution, reliability, and operational scalability, rather than commercial ownership.
What you will own
If it ships - you own it.

- Tangem Pay end-to-end: payment flows, financial rails, admin panel, monitoring.
- Delivery across 4 squads: Payment Product, Financial Rails, Operations/Admin, Monitoring.
- Launch and operate payment schemes (ACH, SEPA / SEPA Instant, PIX, UPI, SPEI).
- Payment orchestration, settlement, reconciliation, retries, failures.
- Internal tools for ops, compliance, disputes, and support.
- Production reliability: STP, latency, failure rates.
- KYC/KYB reuse, fraud/AML monitoring, audit readiness.
- Cross-team alignment with Wallet and Infrastructure.

- 5+ years in Product Management (fintech / payments / banking infra).
- Real experience with payment rails and regulated money flows.
- Experience running multiple squads in parallel.
- Strong understanding of settlement cycles, failure scenarios, and edge cases.
- Comfortable working with APIs, compliance, ops, and monitoring systems.
- Able to make decisions with incomplete data and push to production.
- Ownership mindset: problems don't get escalated, they get solved.
