Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the institutional client service platform. Identify and define dashboard requirements, business needs, and data requirements for institutional and professional clients, and deliver product solutions.
- Research and analyze the potential needs of professional and institutional trading clients; identify feature highlights that can enhance the service platform experience.
- Work closely with business, engineering, and QA teams to ensure product development stays on track and meets quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience with internet-based B2B service products or platform-type products preferred; additional experience with data/BI products is a strong plus.
- Excellent documentation skills and logical thinking ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility with outstanding communication and coordination skills.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience; able to independently drive medium-to-large business initiatives.
- Excellent English proficiency - able to use English as a working language.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with the financial industry, including securities, derivatives, funds, bonds, and other financial products.
- Nice to have: Experience with quantitative trading products, blockchain/digital asset trading, or API product development.
