Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Mobile QA Automation department (up to 20 engineers), with responsibility for team structure, hiring, performance management, capacity planning, and overall quality and technical direction;
- Establish and scale end-to-end mobile test automation processes from scratch, covering:
- Android - Kaspresso
- iOS - XCUITest
- Integrate and optimize automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast and reliable execution;
- Collaborate closely with mobile developers, manual QA, DevOps, and product teams;
- Analyze test results, manage test stability, and increase test coverage;
- Drive continuous improvement of the testing infrastructure, tooling, and automation workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in QA management roles, leading and managing QA automation teams or departments of 10+ engineers;
- 5+ years of experience in mobile QA automation;
- Strong hands-on experience with Android test automation using Kaspresso and iOS test automation using XCUITest;
- Experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks and test architecture;
- Solid understanding of mobile application structure, UI frameworks, and debugging tools;
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar);
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience leading and collaborating across large, cross-functional teams and departments.
