Key Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire and onboard new customers, with ownership of your own target
• Build trust and develop strong relationships with global institutional and VIP clients.
• Maintain valuable communication with customers, understand their needs, and track their status and progress.
• Work with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.
• Brainstorm new methods of client acquisition using data-driven insights and learnings from experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing/finance
• Strong proactive headhunter mindset with the ability to identify, engage, and build relationships with high-potential prospects
• Understanding of sales roles, sales targets, and prior sales experience. Experience at an online brokerage firm or financial institution is highly desirable.
• Willingness to take on targets from day one and deliver results.
• Ability to receive feedback constructively and adapt your approach when guided.
• Strong communication skills, client management ability, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
