Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal review of contracts with both legal entities and individuals
- Provide legal support for all operational activities of the company
- Prepare legal opinions on various aspects of the company's activities
- Issue powers of attorney, draft official letters to external authorities, and organize notarial actions
- Handle matters related to corporate and tax law
- Participate in optimizing business processes to reduce legal and financial risks by educating employees on the fundamentals of applicable legislation within the scope of contracts and overall operations
- Draft various types of procedural documents
Qualifications & Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge and experience as a legal counsel in labor law, corporate and tax law, with a solid understanding of civil law
- Previous experience working in a foreign company
- Background in legal consulting is a plus
- Higher legal education (law degree)
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working with English-language contracts
- Proficiency in English at C2 level or higher, including legal terminology
